as above its down to lift on the cams and how far it revs etc,if you have platforms done etc etc..
Yours sounds pretty much run of the mill and will be fine on bd14 inlet..
It wont do 480 bhp though mate more like 450 bhp and 400lb ft...depending on porting and boost used???
