He has done it numerous times since jan, waits for + feedback then claims. He has set up dispute and paypal didnt pay me. So he has a free headlight that cost me a £10 to post. its for that reason that I dont send anything out until the money has cleared out of paypal and is physically in my bank account.
but i know what your saying, however u should always send recorderd delivery it doesnt cost much more. and it saves your arse.
