i rang them today to ask about gearbox oils.
i have trouble changing gear quickly in my 5, ive had the box apart and its not the box itself but 1 of the things mentioned was that it could be the oil.
im using the correct grade of 75w90, but theres about 20 different 1s to choose from

so i rang opie today for some advice on which 1 to buy, different to the silkolene i used previously.
they said as i bought the last lot from them, they recomended it, they will send me out a free trial of a different make.
now going to try redline leightweight shockproof oil

to say im happy is an understatement lol
best part of £80 worth of oil for free.
