If they're giving away subscriptions then the mag won't be around for long. They'll also be lucky to get 5000 readers, let alone 25K subscribers, so I'm not really sure what's going on there.
I would assume that it is the case that by getting a guaranteed 25k readers they are hoping to get advertising to cover their costs? Or its a scam!
