penalty tickets to my house is what i was thinking......

does anyone know what dvla will do about it? will that guy have a car which will not be hpi clear? cant see someone risking a car worth over 2k which it probably is.

Registering cars has always been a bit of an odd thing as you can just give random names and addresses, all my cars are in my mums name and shes never even there when i buy my cars and fill in the log section thingy.
