As said poly bushing the rear arms could be the problem as std they are fitted with a sort of spherical bearing not a bush, also what make of bushes did you fit to the beam? my mate fitted some of those orange ones to the beam and rear arms and it made the car feel terrible, noticeably worse than the knackered std bushes he took out.
