Idle mixture is wrong, adjust it 1/4 of a turn at a time until you get a nice steady idle, try in both directions (lean/rich) you'll soon know what it wants
If that doesnt work then could be the metering unit itslef, or a number of other things
iv tryed the idle screw and theres no luck with that, it will run smooth but wont go under 1100
the hynes manual says it,s 920 to 960rpm but it will only run on 1100 for a few minuites then it goes nuts
i will change the meter unit and see how that goes
