I'm just going to start invoicing the government, and submit copies of my petrol receipts. They'll probably pay it too, the numbskulls. Blame every single idiot that voted red back in 1997 - its their fault we're being robbed - and if a single one complains, remind them how much they're about to pay for fuel!
