use a hair drier and warm up the badges and then carfully slide a plasctic card under em to pull em off without damaging said paint. u'll be left with a foam adhesive , this can be removed a number of ways but the easiest is with an eraser wheel on a drill or u can pick it off with ur thumb and a hair drier and then a good polish to remove any residual adhesive . im sure there are other ways people will put forward . one of which wil work for you .
