Sad part was and he probably didnt know, there was a motorbike death not 50m from where he did it which closed the road around there for 4 hours earlier yesterday so Police were everywhere anyway, Coupled with all the idiots who come into town for the GP and misbehave in their cars and it being one of the main streets for bars in Melbourne. Essentially he was a sitting duck!
