Fuck patrols! I only got the "basic" induction to the AA and it's policies and proceedures, as most of them are in place for the mobile patrol and recovery people (RSS and RDT I think?) and there's SO MUCH those fuckers have to know!!!! Much MUCH more than regular joe on the street realises they have to do!
But I'm looking forward to it. Obviously I'm a bit nervous and intrepid cos although it's an industry I've been in for years, this set up is all a bit new to me : no branches or offices, which means no one to hold my hand through it for the first few weeks!
But the AA do look like a good company, and they are obviously very well established, and one of the few companies that managed to grow, substantially, through the recession, which looks like a good thing? It's also a big "family" to be in, with hopefully better, and brighter, future prospects
