Just Finishing mine off.

Had me own digger, did everything myself except laying the concrete base, (but had to re-do a bit of it as it was naff for getting my 2post lift anchors to hold on one side) !!

Did all the Block work, (it's 2 storeys high) made my own 6x2 roof trusses, has 2 levels upper floor for storage, wired it all meself, plumbed in and installed sink and water heater + drainage. It's 7 x 6m, just has felt on roof ATM and outside walls aren't harled yet.......gonna slate the roof and harl it in the summer (another 2k materials)

Took me a year of spare time and about 9k so far, that doesn't include the 4 tonne 2 poster brand new £1600 quid cash, delivered but not installed, nor any other tools or equipment most of which I brought up from England when I moved.
