That car is realistically priced, but will only appeal to a very specific audience, it would cost you more than double to commission someone to build it to that standard. And even if you did all the work yourself you couldnt build it for that little.

Id love to enter time attack in it, would properly surprise people, its basically a touring car but with about 1/3rd of the weight gone!
