i dont really think youll get something done unless you have lots of evidence, i know this sounds harsh but it means effort from the people high up and their not likely to be that interested.

they would just look at it that people higher up always get abit of jib (how many of you have slagged the boss off?) so present your problem then take down each incidente and report it to however you told about the problem each time their is an insidense. if dsomething isnt done sharpish take up legal advise then theres bound to be something done
