I have only skipped through this but if its a shop get some people from the same area to go in and kick up a fuss about something and then get them complain about the said people.Complaints from the the public about them being rude or not knowing their job will work for the bods above them.
v.good idea - perhaps not quite as 'by the rules' but something i was thinking about aswell - as long as it didnt look obvious i guess!
