Same here - I don't smoke and dont often drink - but food is my weakness!
my problem is im quite thick set so will always be big,but not good to be carrying 19-20 stone around.but i think i would look silly(prob superb!!) at 14 stone-i think i would be comfy at 15-16 stone.
hard to believe i was cheshire sprint champion at 100 metres when i was 15/ 16 and played rugby until 21......driving and lazy lifestyle took over then....up to about 32 out every weekend on beer,fags and drugs.I
lead a very quiet life now and have a 5 year old girl,a 15 month old grandson and a decent woman-would hate to leave them all behind so soon,but for some reason i can get motivated foodwise for a week or so but fall back into bad habits so easily.....
hard to understand as well as my mrs works out virtually every night and doesnt really eat badly-but i seem to be addicted to bad food-crisps/chocolate/cakes/takeaways.........got to get it sorted though!
