i may replace my zvh with the FRST engine i have in the garage, but it currently has a t2 fitted and want to use the t3 thats on it.... detracting from the thread slightly sorry rosscoe!

A/R still depends on the size of the turbo with respect to lag. etc.... as you may have a huge A/R but if the turbo is actually small then it wont be any good.
