Update:

Problem solved, poor quality plug leads.
Was on rolling road today, looked like lightening under the bonnet lol.
Leads arking off the inlet and plenum. Temp fix so it could get a proper run and everything is bang on.

PS- did reduce the plug gaps to 0.6 as advised......... Cheers.
