Metal headgaskets are very good IF you have two flat surfaces. It requires your head and block to be very true as there is little room for play. With a fiber gasket, you get a little room for error. I was recommended by tabetha on here to run a yb 0611 group a gasket. I run 400+ and it has coped no problem at all. This is what I would recommend.
