if it was my 1500quid, id pay 300quid for a mk4 with a blown engine and puma it. theres a grand gone and you have 500quid for other bolt on bits.

to awnser your question directly, you must use 5-30 oil and change it regualy. the engines are bomb proof till you put the wrong oil in or let it run dirty or low.
