print off as many ads as you can of vehicles within 60miles ( this is classed as a fair and reasonable distance for someone to travel to buy a replacement vehicle)

if they offer you a figure that is not acceptable ask them to justify there value, if they say glasses then visit the glasses website and you should find a statement on there from glasses saying that there valuations should not be used to value a vehicle for insurance purposes.
