Yeah as above, trawl through adverts, ebay, autotrader, pistonheads etc for cars of similar condition/mileage/spec, and then they will have to give you something around the same. They should pay you 'market value'. At the end of the day, you have to be able to replace the car on a like for like basis, so anything less would be unacceptable.
