There's seriously little needed these days due to vastly better components closer tolerances than years ago, a few hundred easy miles with no loading then drive as normal, I'm at full revs by 500 miles for short periods, the cross hatch honing that is done on bore walls greatly helps the rings bed in, as it traps oil until worn a bit, this helps the rings to prevent dry running.

as said do 1000-1500 miles then change the oil and filter thats what i would do anyway
