Thers is no point in building that engine as the weak point of a CVH is the head not the bottom end, so you will have gained nothing at all! lol
ZVH came about because it was easy to bolt a bigger displacement bottom end on the CVH head so being able to retain the use of the stock manifolds, and fuelling/spark (MFI) setup, and gain a little power and a lot of torque.
Yes a 2.1 is a oversize 2.0.
A standard T3 or even a Stage 1 will not make 200bhp, it cannot flow enough.

If you have money to build an engine either build a good CVH or a Zetec turbo
