aparently the thrust washer on the end of the crank was worn away as it fitted incorectly and as I was pushing the clutch it was pushing the whole crank forward by 5mm resulting in a fucked engine and slipping clutch lol.
That's not good As far as I know my engine hasn't been apart but means nothing I guess, without taking the sump off I guess there is no way of checking?
