good to see alangti offering an explination for your models not turning up.
some explination is better than nothing imo and it must have taken some guts to do it. i know it does nothing for those of you out of pocket but if we take anything out of this shit situation it should teach us 2 things.
1 ) never send money as a gift unless you are 100% sure you will get what your paying for (and if you do put a note in the message box stating what it is for ) this allows you to put a claim in in the event of it not turning up if the recipient does not hold there end of the bargain and can not give valid evidence for receiving the funds in the first place.
2 )what ever you post get a receipt for it.
if the buyer asks for recorded , send it recorded.(if it dont turn up 1 of you can claim for it and neither has to be out of pocket)


had a guy buy decals and twice claim they didnt turn up when i posted first class , sent them recorded still didnt turn up , turned out the postman couldnt be bothered to deliver anything for 2 weeks and dumped the lot , its rare but happens every now and then.
as with anything the only way to be 100% sure it will get there is to deliver by your own hand , but with a lot of things we buy and sell we put faith in others and sometimes things go wrong thats life sometimes.
if sent first class or second class get proof of postage receipt and always forward tracking numbers or a copy of the receipt.
if paid via paypal only send to the registered paypal address unless agreed before hand .

on a positive note got a lot of things started today that will be finished tomorrow , including the long awaited sitting stig!
