Hi all,

my girlfriend and I are looking to go over to America during the summer for about 3 weeks. We're planning on travelling around a fair bit, and staying in each locations for about 3-4 days. At the moment we're not sure where to go. She's been to NYC before, and I'm not too fussed about going there this year.

So...can anyone suggest some good places to visit? We're pretty keen on finishing our trip at Las Vegas and then flying home, so thats one definite location. We're also considering California, San Fran, Chicago and Washington.

Where have people on here visited, and where would/woundn't you recommend we go?
