we've got it, the neighbours got it, because we are a semi detached

it's complicated because of a tree stump, it's in our garden, but he's expecting us to pay for it to be sorted, but he'll have to dig it up if he wants to put his foundations in, so we've suggested going halves on the digging but he won't have it
he's already got his kitchen bought and stacked up in his garage but is "arguing" over the £150 it's going to cost on the tree

anyway, no point in digging his foundatoin when we could do them both together, but he' snot budging so niether am i

but it's only a friendly bit of stubourness, as soon as i've got the cash together to get it done i'll do it anyway

but he's skint so he's not going to do it either
