I went to 2 tattooists and was quoted 2 totally different prices hence why i asked here.

First tattooist said you looking at £120, second tattooist (the one which said an hour or so) said £40.

Who has tattoo's on their forearm then? does it hurt? will be first tattoo thats why i was hoping it would only take 20 mins
