Wouldnt want it to be rushed.....

Tattooists work on a minimum charge most of the time anyway as its £25 for a needle and you have to throw it away.....Minimum charge an hour.

Its like if i do a tiny Plumbing job for someone, they get a minimum 1 hour labour no matter what
