Check the coolant temperature sensor and its wiring - unplug the ECU connector and put a multimeter between termnals 11 and 29. Resistance measurement should be between 800 to 5000 ohms (depending on temp - probably around 2000 with a cold engine at this time of year). If no continuity, check the wiring &/or connector.

Also, check the map sensor pipe.
