My saph been off the road for 7mths and in the first week of motering the headgaskets given up


prob been asked a thousand times but which is the best option for me ?
im on greys and t34 on a stock engine, prob pushing it abit but not realy bothered, the car had a group a gasket fitted by PE just before i bought the car but to be honest i dont think it was done to a v good standard as most things seemed to be loose on inspection....
Not gone completly but noticed a little steam lastnite, was a couple of hours after booking into torques

it sweems to seal itself after 5 mins
will a group a fibre gasket be ok again and standard ford bolts ? should i use arp studs ?
