exactly as above.
its just a sticky seal on the underside of the scuttle, cheap and easy to replace and repair, mine was doing the same when i bought it.

i renewed the scutle, the seal and the pollen filter in one hit and was suddenly as good as knew.

its the plastic that sits between the bottom of the windscreen and the bulkhead, it just needs to be resealed correctly
