I have time to check the car today, apologies as its greens not blues.

I rang GGR and they said based on the info they couldnt say its there chip. It does say greens and 3bar on it. This should run safely at 22 psi approx.
The turbo came set up by Turbo Technics and was released standard for warrenty reasons.

Warranty is up now so what can i do to increase the boost from its 12psi to 22psi? Im also not 100% sure if the actuator is -31, its plain back with no numbers. Should i swap the acuator over from the pervious turbo?(adjusting the rod to the same length as the standard actuator). This i presume will produce 12psi? This would be my starting point and then i can adjust the rod to bring it up to 22psi.

Any information would be appriciated as im new to this.
