What car is it on an RSt or a cossie? either way its a very easy job... especially on the cossie as its much easier to get to!
All you will need (IIRC ) is a 12mm socket and an 11mm spanner along with a pair of pliers.
it will take you about 2 mins to get the old actuator off and the same to fit the new one... assuming you arent running MASSIVE boost and that you dont have to pull the actuator arm to to get it over the wastegate!
