i would have thought you would be on the same treatment but a higher dose? what were you taking.
wish i had taken radioactive iodine now as at least i'd have some of the gland left, althou they didnt reccomend it at my age and being male, didnt they say the same too you?!

over the last 13yrs ive been on various doses of T4 untill i went to a private specialist as i was struggling with work etc about 4yrs ago who gave me armour thyroid which is a natural replacement which had t3 and t4 in it and took levo ontop and i was fine till last year!! unfortunatly he retired and spent most of last year trying to sort it with no joy. Back with the NHS now and specialist has stopped me on armour and taking 200mcg levo and feel even more fucked already

also referred me to a sleep specialist now as she things i may poss have a sleep disorder, plus ordered loads of tests as have been under alot of stress etc and could poss be adrenal gland related or something else like phily has said, had alot of money probs, health probs, and thought i was gettting made redundant end of last year so been a stressfull time!!
have u got a treatment plan phily?! and is it working?!
