ok, im just fitting a std exhaust cam into my car, and im going to redo the timing of the inlet cam aswell (bd14)
whats the best way to do this?
im going to borrow the tools off a m8 and the engines out of the car so shouldnt be too hard.

what figures do i want to set them to?
im going to take the car to reyland at some point soon to have them swung on the rollers but wanna get them somewhere in the right ball park 1st.
orr shall i just set them to std and let martin do his thing?
