get the seals done first as they nice and cheap!

but it could be the turbo. mine went and it was only on start up and gear changes that you noticed any smoke. as you wrote near the top - it doesnt have to pour out all the time and it would be blue not white smoke if turbo related. hope its not the turbo tho mate!
