im on my second year and they offerd me a ncb. its a secondary car so limited mileage, no commuting to work etc but offerd me a huge saving. i only did 91 miles last year so going classic works good for me. my main car has its own policy with around 5 years ncb as you cant use the no claims on both policies which is a shame.
even if i didnt get a ncb i wouldnt be to botherd as its a second car and it cant get much cheaper anyway
