Thanks for the reply RStoughy, yes i think the scrappy will be my best bet. I don’t think it will be easy to fabricate anything, as the rust is right around the built in threaded shaft where the rear beam attaches.

I just used wd40 and a nailbrush top remove all the crap, I wax oiled last year and WD seems to be the best thing to shift it. Oh and loads of rags
