Dead simple wiring wise just a live and earth to each side, the relay for the front heated screen is under the dash near the fuel pump relay, ther eis also a seprate timer for the front screen near the relay.
The relay is permanently live from the battery through as said fuseable link, but there is nothing wrong with running a normal fuse on the system, before the relay, close to the battery, 30 amp will do fine.
The relay is only energised when the engine is running, unlike the rear which is just with ignition, my front switch lost it's input power to the switch, so I just jumped across from the rear one.
