i would go for the one with better long term prospects.

I got made redundant after 6 years service in dec and found a job within a week. Still here but its a contract job on more money and a lot closer to my house.

But I have been having interviews nearly every week for over 2 months now looking for a permanent role and fingers crossed i may get a couple of offers next week.

I would look at prospects first as ideally you dont want to be stuck in the same job for the next 5 years.
