as above, just had a look at the msq.
personally i'd alter the req fuel constant in the basic settings, that seems to be way too high, you ideally want it as low as possible whilst allowing you upto 255 value entries max in the fuel table, try something like 4 or 5 instead of 9.9, or whatever brings the idle fuelling towards stoich.
but definitely rescale the spark and ve fuel tables though.
