I just wonder what you want to know? You've implied your going to use a 'normal' Escort MTX rather than a FRS box or other cable operated box.

That means you can't use a FRS clutch as the conclusion of several threads on here is that a hydraulic operated clutch won't fit in a rod operated box. Those thread have then gone on to recommend various alternatives of flywheels and 220mm clutches that will take turbo torque.

Sorry, but I've only experience with post '98 MTXs personally. But search should find relevant topics.
