its a simple problem with the wheel breaings , the rear spindles wear out to the point where even if you put new bearings there will still be play in them and they wear really fast , all you need to do is buy new rear spindles and all will be fine again,.
+2 from experience, the spindle shouldn't wear at the bearing as the inside of the bearing doesn't spin on the hub. I found the seal in the drum had worn a groove in the spindle letting water/dirt etc inside, damaging the bearing and I'd begin to hear the dreaded rumbling.
