engine will be tight so will be slower cranking over possibly, cold start valve DEFFO comming on? if not check it and thermo time switch. try starting it holding the metering flap down a few mm, is it possible its flooding when u turn it over cos engine will be tight? get it started, set up on a RR and take it for a 1000mile drive lol
