I'm buying the donor car next week and will be stripping the saff down and swapping the bits over to the escort.
I know the prop will need shotening (cant remember the measurement) but im led to believe that pretty much everything will pretty much straight swap.
Also if you know of any over hints/tips of 2wd an escos, do me a favour and let me know
I know Dan@RapidFord, so i'll be able to go round his a bug him with a load of questions, but it wouldn't hurt getting some things straight now

as long as you swap everything over from the front of the saph to the escos it'll fit fine, but that does mean everyting, including the crossmember and everything bolted to it as well as the steering rack, struts, arb, etc
