I know this has all been said before, but how fucking pointless is Ebay's feedback system if it won't let you leave a stinking negative feedback for someone that doesn't pay for an item they've won??

Something tells me he is on here somewhere. He bid, won, contacted me to arrange collection. Then put it off 2 or 3 times, before eventually not contacting me again or replying to mails. If there's one thing that grinds my gears, it's messers like this.
