Who ever told you this has no idea about nutrition m8 honestly.A protein shake is absolutely no substitute to a meal.They are added in to up your daily protein NEVER to replace a proper meal.6 meals a day alongside 2 protein shakes is what you should be doing or in an ideal world no protein shakes would be needed as you should get enough through meals alone
