dont mind doing some of te donkey work(digging out footings etc) my self but want a propper builder in as I will take forever otherwise
My garage is going to be around twice that size. The concrete alone is £3000. Blocks and bricks (3 block walls single skin) £3300. Then theres the roof, you might be able to do it for that. Depends on the roof. Mine will have a 2 poster in it.
Remember with a garage like that thought you'll have to build it fairly high, or allow a roof that can accommodate a lift.
